07 November 2009 You can go to the respective state's commercial tax site and download the whole procedure of VAT. I think this is available on every state's commercial tax site. Like for Gujarat VAT, it is www.commercialtax.gujarat.gov.in

07 November 2009 you just type name of state + vat act for result of commercial tax site and download the act for that state.
