can anyone tell me what are the due dates of vat return filling and what are the vat tax payment last date for all states.?

Sir it depends on the state VAT act and Rules. Most commonly the 30th of next month of a quarter.

In most of the states it is before 20th of next month. In some cases 15th also....mjk

The experts are correct and I agree with them as the due date for filing of VAT return is based on the Act of a particular State. Now, to get the correct date you have to be specific and you have to state for which State you want. This is missing therefore, it cannot be generalized
