Vat credit on consumable expenses : in gujarat vat act

29 May 2015 If we book Consumable Expenses TO EXPENSE A/C. & NOT AS PURCHASE, then Can we Avail VAT Credit, as per Gujarat Vat Rules ?

N If we can get Credit on Expenses Booked, then How can we show in Vat Return, as Purchase should we show ?
