09 May 2012 The party has shortly charged in orignal bill , after he issues debit note describing particular of vat , excise etc.
Is Vat credit available on the basis of Debit note ?

10 May 2012 Yes you can take setoff on Debit note as its extension of Orginal Transaction, Provided Debit note should have all the Particulars of Original Tranaction TIN TAX Separately
