29 January 2011 I am facing problem while uploading Form 704. I had made the form error free and rem.txt file has been generated and when i am trying to upload the rem.txt file it is showing an error that .txt file cannot be uploaded so what should i do shall i upload the Form 704 file which i filled.
Please let me know the procedure as i am doing it for the first time urgently as only 2 days are remaining

it is possible that because of data traffic on the website the error may be coming.

30 January 2011 I am getting the message that form704.txt file cannot be uploaded should be form 704rem.xlss

30 January 2011 are you using MS-Office 2007? because department's technology does not support office 2007. it returns errors which are beyond our understanding if we use msoffice 2007.
