if a dealer was under vat audit for Fy-2011-12 but for Fy-2012-13 his turnover is below rs.1 crore limit, then will he be liable to vat audit for Fy-2012-13 ?

No VAT Audit is mandatory only if his Turnover for the year is above the limits (as per Kerala Law)
