Can any one please tell me whether VAT is applicable on Welding machines in Maharashtra. if yes refer the provisions and sections under which and how VAT is applicable

31 July 2012 welding machine is sold as a machine only, and vat rates applicable on machines is applicable at par on welding machines also.
