What is the Implications of VAT and ST on AMC order value . on what value VAT is applicable and ST . what are % of abatement on VAT and ST. awaiting for reply its urgent.

as per KVAT state rule 3(2) ,
75 % of order value is liable for Vat(14.5%) and 70% of Order value liable for ST . is it not double taxation ?? total tax 145% ???

it is under the vat and st act you have to pay tax . it is double or triple you have tot follows the act.
