02 March 2010 A proprietory firm having sale & Purchase business of readymade garments in Uttaranchal. Now the Propreitor of business wants to Purchases readymade garments from Delhi & sale in Uttaranchal.
the Propreitory Firm neither register in uttarachal nor in delhi.
advise whether dealer has to register itself in uttaranchal under Dvat.
