Dear Friend
X has sales tax registration in Delhi but he has a godown in Haryana.
Now X sells goods to Y in Delhi.
Goods are sent from Haryana godown to Y.
Will this be interstate sale or vat sale?
Does X has to take separte sales tax registration in Haryana because he has a godown there?

X have to registered in haryana for that , goods sold from haryana to delhi.
both are diff-2 state. its consider as interstate sales.

Both locations must be registered in state VAT.
If Sale/ Tfr from haryana to delhi , Its come into interstate sale.

when you make the transaction of sale from godown then you have to register in haryana for sale or stock transfer to any where,
but i dont understand from where you get the goods in haryana \godown.?
