what is the crieteria for the liability
of Vat? when vat registration should have to be taken?

VAT registration rules are different from state to state. but its belong to purchase and sales turnover. state has specified the limit of turnover after crossing that limit you are liable to take vat registration from your local state area ward office which registration form and documents.
