I have a query regarding VAT. Is der any exception where In case of inter state sale (CST) INPUT TAX CREDIT CAN BE CLAIMED?

as far as Mahrashtra Vat is concerned you are eligible to claim input tax credit in case of inter state sales effected from Maharashtra, in respect of corresponding purchases effected in Maharashtra on which Vat is paid by you
