It is afutile effort to get notes on entire VAT subject. It is contained in Acts,rules,notifications,circulars,clarifications and case laws.It also varies from one to another state slightly.It is avast subject to give even a brief note in this small space. Refer to the above documents of any one state in India. You will get afair idea.....mjk

12 June 2013 You require notes on VAT but this is not possible as the VAT subject has so many chapters and so many ifs and buts. You have to be very much specific no one can give you notes on the entire Act of VAT. The expert has rightly said that it is not possible and I agree with him.
