10 July 2016 Hello Colleagues, In of my Startup company I want to prepare Share Valuation report for the purpose of getting investment. As of now company is under R&D so how am I suppose to go ahead in this ? Please provide me Format of valuation Report too as there are number of misleading formats on Internet so I am unable to find the perfect format. Thank You

26 August 2016 There is hard & fast format of valuation report since there is regulation requirement. However, you can prepare the V/R but the only area of concern is you need to mention all the assumptions and input source data in your report then your report will be perfect. I assume that you know the valuation of shares. Thank you
