If a Hotel's declared tariff for some rooms are below Rs 1000 and such 10 rooms are rented to an corporate client for year, Does Service Tax is applicable in such receipt.

If tariff is less than of Rs. 1000/- then no need to pay service tax on it.

Are you sure because the rooms are rented for years for a single client and payment is receipt on lumpsum basis.
