IF A COMPANY PROVIDES A OFFICE CUM RESIDENTIAL ACCOMODATION TO AN EMPLOYEE, WHAT WOULD BE THE VALUE OF PERQUISITE??

In majority of the nationalised BANKS this situation arises where the Branch Manager (Agent as is called) stays on first floor and branch is on ground floor
