my client has an advertising agency which is 20 years old and accredited with Indian Newspaper society.His business is very good with turnover in crores and every year comes out with good profits since inception. As his business requires frequent travelling to different cities and due to healh factor, his planning is to sell his business in coming years. How would the value of his ad agency be calculated at the time of sale and what should he do to increase the value of his agency so that he would get good amount of money at the time of sale.
