Validity of stamp paper in maharashtra

We have High Sea Sale Shipment Will be cleared from Nhava Sheva, the agreement is done on stamp paper which has date of Jul 2015. Is this stamp paper valid in state of Maharashtra.

05 March 2016 According to Supreme Court Judgement dated 19-02-2008 in the case of Thiruvengada Pillai vs. Navaneethammal and Anr., the stamp papers do not have any expiry period.
