is it the delay days are considered as a leave and there is any problem for examination for Nov09?

Sir i joined articleshipon31/04/2008 till today i taken 19 days leave and taken transfer from today and i planned to join articleship from 2nd week of jan2009 is there any problem and as per our training guide given by Institute the validity days is 60 days.
so please help me

Training guide is not visible now in www.icai.org.
