05 December 2008 Sir i joined articleshipon31/04/2008 till today i taken 19 days leave and taken transfer from today and i planned to join articleship from 2nd week of jan2009 is there any problem and as per our training guide given by Institute the validity days is 60 days.

so please help me

Instead you may visit www.icai.org > members > regulatory > condonation of... page 37. No delay/ condonation is permitted. I stand in my answer ie.,join at once.
