VALIDATION OF ITR 6 for A.Y. 2019-2020

28 September 2019 When i am trying to validate, it is giving an error message "Zip code is mandatory. If you do not have a zip code, then select Yes". However, the selection cell is a protected cell and "Yes" cannot be selected. I have written to helpdesk but no reply. Has anyone faced this problem and can someone guide me to overcome the same and enable me to upload the return.

29 September 2019 Fill address details again and fill PIN code then it will be validated.
Not validated download afresh ITR 6 and fill it it will be validated. Same problem I have faced and got resolved by this way.
