I want to ask that as I am registered for IPCC in Jan 2011, at which date my registration is valid and Will I am qualified to take May 2014 attempt or I have to renew my registeration for that.

IPCC Reg. is valid for 4 years..
in your case you can give May,2014 exams without re-validating it..
However re-validating fee is Rs. 400
