V lookup problem

22 October 2013 I am using v lookup command in excel having problem, it doesn't match the amount in same number for example

1st sheet
item no
110
111
111
112

2nd sheet
item no code
110 151115
111 151116
111 151117
112 151118

when I give command to show the code no against item no the result for the item no 111 is show 151116 double i.e.

item no code
110 151115
111 151116
111 151116
112 151118

expected result is as above
please help for same or any other similar command
