Dear sir, My Query is Regarding At the time of Upload Utility with income tax return , If In Utility : PAN No. is Not available then can Upload Utility Successfully ? Without Quoting Pan No. in Utility Can I Upload Utility ?

With out having valid PAN number you couldn't not file return of income in any form either through manual or e-filing with using of any software or utility.
So to file and valid of return of income should be required a VALID PAN NUMBER.
