Utilisation of cenvat

12 April 2012 whether we can utilized cenvat credit on (AED) Additional Duty of Excise, if we purchase engine with chassis which is domestic purchase not imported from other country and paid excise duty & Additional Excise duty for the same.

please give me advice

It seems that you have purchased Engine with Chassis from the First Stage Dealer. You can very well avail cenvat credit on Excise and Additional duty and can utlise further.
