Using word "corporation" for incorporating a new company

05 August 2013 We want to use word "CORPORATION" in the proposed private limited company.
e.g. ABC CORPORATION PVT LTD

Now whether we required the Authorised capital as 2 crore for using such word in the name of the company as mentioned in the Name Availability Guidelines..

No, as per new Name Availability Guidelines, 2011, no need to maintain minimum Authorised capital for using such words.

Now a days, only finance company is required to maintain Authorised/paid capital.

You are free to use the Corporation word with a minimum capital of 1laks/5lakhs, as the case may be.
