Sir/ Mam,Will it be ok to reasonably use short forms of some phrases in audit and itsm exam?Short forms like : RAP for risk assessment procedures and for other similar phrases.

Usually, not recommended unless it is commonly used. Suggest you to write full form as far as possible, since it can help the Examiner also to award to better Marks.
