The Company had used scanned signature of ex employees on the invoice. What the ex-employee should do in this case and is the invoice is valid or not?

03 April 2018 Yes Employer had relieved the employees and then his scanned signature is being used on the GST invoices for 3-4 months. Whether the GST invoice is valid or not in this case?
