Hi All,
The Company had used scanned signature of ex employees on the invoice. What the ex-employee should do in this case and is the invoice is valid or not?

once the employee has resigned, any such act is nothing but a fraud...so he/she can file police complaint...

please check whether the employer releived the employee first.

Yes Employer had relieved the employees and then his scanned signature is being used on the GST invoices for 3-4 months. Whether the GST invoice is valid or not in this case?
