07 November 2012 A prop.firm runs a goods transport agency through which it provides vehicle for the pvt.ltd. firm in terms of peddy or vegetables i want to ask is there any liability of service tax is available or not kindly convey me it's very urgently needed.
thanks in advance.the amount of freight is paid by pvt.ltd. company that is almost 10,000/- per vehicle.
