27 January 2015 Sir,one of my relative is giving consultancy service related to ca work like -return filing,tax audit,vat audit,accounts ,all type of e filing although he is not ca and having own propertiorship firm . now he wants to take service tax no. so under which service he should take service tax no.
please give me your valuable reply with any supporting circular,notification or explanination
