21 June 2017 I m purchasing milk from doodh sangh and sell to customers.....milk is zero rated supply.....i m purchasing and selling only milk and my turnover is above 1 crore.....shud i file return under gst?......

21 June 2017 If you are dealing exclusively in exempted goods then you are not required to register under GST. However if you are already get registered then you have to file return.

21 June 2017 madam its pasturized full cream milk....and i m only in the supply of milk.....

21 June 2017 Then no need to get register in GST. Note that return filing is compulsory if you get registered.
