07 May 2012 There is a reassessement case of a government company for A.Y. 2005-2006 u/s 148.So the retuen to be filled for this year has to be submitted online or we have an option to submit it manually...
My favour is to submit it manually..
Please suggest and its urgent..

07 May 2012 I'm sorry. I rectify my answer. For A.Y. 2005-2006 you have to file manually only. W.e.f. A.Y. 2006-2007, it is mandatory to file online only for companies. So proceed for filing in manual mode only.
