Quick Summary

A private limited company with an existing GST number in one state can indeed obtain a new GST registration in another state, provided it's under the same PAN and for the same business nature. Can a private limited having 1 GST number in a state will be eligible to take another GST number / registration in different state under same company i.e. on same PAN for same nature of business that will be conducted at different state?

If we take another registration, we will have to raise invoice/ sales from that registration only. right?

Can the invoicing process be splitted between igst & cgst/sgst based on the place of supply of services?

25 July 2023 Yes, an individual can transfer ITC from one registration number to another, provided both the Registration numbers have the same PAN.
