we have done a data entry contract through a unregistered vendor(Individual)and we have to pay 30,000/-. ple let me know how to pay him and what is implication ?

If amount is exactly 30000/ no TDS is required to be deducted.
Take 2 separate bills from him in case it is 40000/-
