11 October 2017 bal sheet is signed by 2 directors. One is not director but shareholder. what to do i have to file ROC return.
problem is ITR has been filed and 3CD also has been filed.

12 October 2017 whatever has happened is now past......think prospectively...

12 October 2017 no but i have signed bal sheet on which 1 director and 1 shareholder is signed. i require a signed bal sheet(audited) having signature of 2 directors for ROC purpose

Tax audit report is signed by the persons as you said.
Now for ROC purpose, get the signature of 2 dorectors
