Urgent optimum salary structure

Dear All,
Greetings of the day.
I need a best possible salary structure which eventually leads to high amount of take home salary after considering all the possible deductions.
Pls note:
1. Gross Pay Rs.6,00,000/- per annum.
2. Rent Payable Rs.15000/-p.m
Rest can be assumed as suitable for supporting your calculations.

The following salary structure may be suitable.
1. Basic pay 30,000.
2. HRA 12,000.
3. Conveyance allowance 800.
4. Education allowance 200.
5. Uniform allowance 2,000.
6.Qualification allowance 2,000.
7. Professional journal 1,000.
Medical allowance yearly(reimbursement) 15,000.
Telephone reimbursement yearly 9,000.
