Urgent need guidance for ca career

06 October 2015 I am a CA working in an organisation for 4.5 years i have in total 5.5 years and my current CTC is 4.5 lakhs p.a.

I want to change my job as my profile also is not good. Just to check voucher check returns tds analysis with 26as thats it taking care of directors and their relatives investments like FDR and bank deposits...

I want to change but i have become reluctant i have a fear if inspite of getting home it may be that i may sit at home jobless as todays job market is not so good...

Please help me what should i do as a CA i have given 17 interviews till date but nowhere selected....so whether i should continue in present job?????

06 October 2015 Don't leave the job unless you get a new job. Prepare well and face the interview. Find the reasons why you are not selected in the past rectify yourself.

06 October 2015 You have to make it a point to learn something daily. If you keep hooked to websites like Caclubindia you will be learn something and make your choice on where you want to work. If you want to work for a CA firm then make sure you are good with the 3CD provisions, companies act and so on.

06 October 2015 Ya i have tried my best to make myself updated...i know the amended provisions of comapnies act 2013 and 3cd....

I have make full 3cd in excel with its various annexures given to auditors but dont know i have done wrong or right as auditors as it is fill this details in utility and upload the tax audit report...

06 October 2015 2010-11 i have worked in ca firm and there i have filed service tax returns and itr but in present organisation i havent done this so this is also a problem....

07 October 2015 Thanks for the motivation but have forgot to how to file tds correction statement and 5 years back i have filed tds return in webtel and many changes occured after that
