Sir,
If we provide to emp Medical Reimbursement(1250 Per month)then Medical Bills will be required or not??

Vexed question ,why because CBDT Circular 8/2010 dated 13/12/2010 in clause 5.1(4)(VIII)says as follows only:-
"The deductors may look into the above provisions {means section 17(2)}carefully before they determine the perquisite value for deduction purposes".
