10 May 2012 I have a Tea manufacturing Company. I want to export tea and for it I have to Import Tea Packing Bags.Please suggest me the provisions under which I can Import these Packing Bags duty free.
Please reply at the earliest.

10 May 2012 madam,presently 1% duty drawback is available at the time of export.

if you wanted to take this items duty free then take Advance Licence.

Noted :

Advance Authorisation is issued for duty free import of inputs subject to actual user condition. Such Authorisations are exempted from payment of basic customs duty, additional customs duty, education cess, anti dumping duty and safeguard duty, if any. However, the imports for supplies covered under sub-paragraph (h) & (i) of paragraph "Categories of Supply" of Section "Deemed Exports" of this site will not be exempted from the payment of applicable anti-dumping and safeguard duty.
