HI,
I have done my article ship in one of big four and was doing regular b.com but when I was filling form 112 I submitted as correspondence and cleared my exam in attempt nov 2013.I know what I did was wrong but can't rectify and don't wanna spoil my years of hard work. Now I have to register for membership and got a problem because of doing regular b.com . Please help me what's the solution??

there is no problem as they are not going to reconcile with the form of membership with form 112

But we have to send b.com marks sheets too so there can be issue.As if the B.Com certificate was enough there would have been no issue.Kindly help me.THere won't be any effect on my ca if i send all original details?

well check whether the marksheet says whethee it states correspondence or regular.
while I agree that ICAI may or may not look into deeply. But it is always important take required preventive measures.

But do i have any option? Because anyway i have to show my results? and in correspondence there are three exams and in regular 6 exams? If i send b.com certificate will it be sufficient?

and there is no final marksheet with all the consolidated marks?

Yup no total mark sheet(6 separate marks sheet) and certificate shows first division that's all.
