Urgent help regarding last year efilling

04 February 2012 Dear Sir/Madam,
Last year Income Tax Return was efilled by previous accountant for my firm that was auditable accounts. We have changed the accountant but he wants last year audit report or balance sheet & trail balance of the firm to complete the book.I don't have these things.I tried to get these things form my account that is in income tax but I am getting on ITR-V.How can I get these things that was filled in Incometax CPP Banglore.

Will be thankful for this.

05 February 2012 You cannot retrieve the entire return from the department website. However you could approach your Income tax officer and request be made to him for the print of your ITR.

Worst case scenario make a application under the RTI act asking them to provide for the return copy,
