I want to know the procedure for filing ITR of a NRI, who is a salaried employee & he remits his salary to his parents in India!

if he is nri as per indian income tax act then such salary earned outsdie india is not taxable even on transferring it to parents in india.

if he is nri amd having no income in india then he is not required to file retrun in india.
