Urgent_extension of last date to file for incorporation docu

13 April 2013 Please can the learned members guide me with the following:-

If I have received the name approval as on 15/2/2013, I need to upload form1 along with necessary documents within 15th April, 2013 but due to lack of documents I am unable to do so. And 13th, 14th & 15th being holiday, I am unable to officially meet the appropriate officer at ROC, WB.

Please inform me the procedure to apply for extension of filing incorporation forms (1, 32, 18, MOA & AOA)

14 April 2013 Can't file after 60 days. Provision for extension is not in law.

17 April 2013 Sir,

I wanted to apply before 60 days.

Moreover, when confirmed from an officer at ROC, West Bengal, he replied that such extensions were done before and nowadays the department does not entertains such extensions and fresh application needs to be done after expiry of the period of 60 days.

18 April 2013 I mean e-form 1,18 and 32 can't be filed after 60 days.
As a corollary, extension is not possible within or after 60 days.
My observation and the information you gathered from ROC, West Bengal are based on Circular 45/2011 read along with 48/2011 issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
