what is the Depreciation rate under Income Tax act for transit Mixer, Cement Mixer , Concerete Mixer , which is let out on hire

In the incometax act the names of these threee plant & machineries have not mentioned and other items mentioned in the list are not by these items. so as per my openion The normal rate of 15% should be considered.
