First visit the web site of Delhi Sales Tax dept : www.dvat.gov.in. You will get the home page. In that click e-registration. You will get a form for filling and submitting along with some documents and photographs.There will be an instruction manual also in the web site. Read and fill up the form and upload the documents and submit it. Once accepted it gives an ack no. Take a print of all these papers and documents and go to the office of the VAT officer of your area,with orinal copies of the uploaded documents.They will inform you about the fee and security deposit to be paid,do some verification and issue an RC and TIN no.......mjk
