Dear Sir, We have received a contract from Reliance Telecome to install pipes after diging ducts. Material would be provided by the Reliance.
For this we required to obtain service tax registration. In this regard I have following queries.
1. Please provide me registration code that I should fill in st-1.
2. I will obtain registration from the address of my residential house. Therefore What are the enclosers that I have to submit along with hard copy.

1. The Registration no. is to be filled only by existing registrations who seeks/applies for changes.
So as you are seeking new registration You need not fill the registration No.
You have to fill ST1 in duplicate(two copies)
Along with it you have to enclose 1.copy of PAN card 2.Proff of Address to be registered( in your case your residential address.)

I am asking about the relevent service code which is applicable in my case and that has to fill while applying for new registration in st-1.
