12 April 2013 Dear Sir,
One of my friend carring on the business of consultancy, like he suggests and arrange appropriate places for ATM installation company. And that company pays brokerage for the same.

Now he want to obtain registration as a proprietor from registrar of firms. Please advise me, what are the formalties and enclosers he has to submit there to obtain registration.

12 April 2013 Aren't you trying to get register Registrar of FIRMS for a PROPRIETORSHIP concern which is neither logical nor practical.
