Sir,
Rightly, In the first year my turnover is Rs. 10,76,686/-for A.Y. 2011-2012 and we have not charged service tax from Service receiver and not load service tax in invoice issued can we avail exemption limit of 10 L up to turnover of Rs. 10 lacs for first year.
