Dear Experts.
I do retail sale of cell phones some of the mobiles are above 50000/- per pcs. Pls tell me since for one mobile no one would hire the vehicle I mean No transportation is involved thereof. In this case whether e way bill is required or not,

e way bill is mandatory only if some motarized vehicle is involved in supply. so if no motarized vehicle is involved there is no requirement of eway bill.

Sir can you pls provide the notification/circular wherein it is mentioned that if No motorized vehicle is involved then No eway bill is required irrespective of 50000

no need for looking for notification it is as per section and rules of eway bill.

In your case E Way Bill is not required
