24 July 2014 How much time does MCA take to update details in their database after we file form for update directors detail.

24 July 2014 Recently I had filed form DIR.12 for appointment of director and within 1-2 hour it was updated on MCA website. Actually it depends on the fact that the E-form you are filing is under Straight Through Process (STP) route or not. If it is under STP route, system will be updated within the same day.
