Is that applicable in every state of india or just for UP.
Will CA be not allowed to file the vat return??

Jurisdiction of High court lies within the State so this judgement has effect only on UP.
However, ICAI has said on press release, It will defend the case in SC. But now NO CA can appear before VAT authority in UP.
